TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN ABOUT THE REUSE AND RECYCLING OF SCRAP, WASTE AND SURPLUS MATERIALS; AND BY (B) PROMOTING REUSE AND RECYCLING OF SURPLUS, WASTE AND SCRAP MATERIALS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY 2. TO ADVANCE ARTS AND CRAFTS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) FACILITATING THE PROVISION AND USE OF RECYCLED, SCRAP AND SURPLUS MATERIALS TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN AS A CREATIVE RESOURCE WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THEIR SOCIAL WELFARE AND CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING; AND BY (B) INSPIRING GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL CREATIVITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ENVIRONMENT
