THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF SCHOOLCHILDREN IN ENGLAND AND WALES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY INCREASING OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDY BY PROVIDING AN APP-BASED SERVICE WHICH CONNECTS BOOK DONORS WITH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS THAT HAVE A HIGH PROPORTION OF UNDERPRIVILEGED STUDENTS.
