THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY, IN THE UNITED KINGDOM TO PROMOTE ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND, IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING: 3.1 THE PROMOTION, PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH BY RAISING AWARENESS OF HEART DISEASE AND BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO DEFIBRILLATORS AND TRAINING IN BASIC LIFE SUPPORT SKILLS SUCH AS CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION; 3.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO SCHOOLS AND AMATEUR FOOTBALL CLUBS, LEAGUES AND ASSOCIATIONS, BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO DEFIBRILLATORS AND TRAINING IN BASIC LIFE SUPPORT SKILLS SUCH AS CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION.
