TO PAY OR APPLY ALL OR PART OF THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AND ALSO MUCH OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE FOR THE PURPOSES OF FINANCING RESEARCH FOR SKIN DISEASES INCLUDING THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT, MACHINES AND BOOKS FOR SUCH PURPOSES AND ASSISTING WITH EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL AND COURSES FOR GENERAL PRACTITIONERS STUDENTS AND OTHER PERSONS ENGAGED INRESEARCH INTO SKIN DISEASES AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY AT THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE PROVIDED THAT NOTHING HEREIN CONTAINED SHALL EITHER EXPRESSLY OR BY IMPLICATION AUTHORISE THE APPLICATION OF ANY PART OF THE INCOME OR CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND FOR ANY OBJECTS OR PURPOSES WHICH IS NOT A CHARITABLE OBJECT OF PURPOSE.
