TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS BY RESEARCH, ANALYSIS AND PROMOTION OF THE UNDERSTANDING OF CORRUPTION; AND TO DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS TO BRING ABOUT POSITIVE CHANGE.
