TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY LIBRARY HUB WHERE GROUPS AND RESIDENTS CAN ENGAGE IN HOBBIES AND INTERESTS. 3. TO PROVIDE SCHOOLS, RESIDENTS AND ORGANISATIONS ACCESS TO A LEARNING CENTRE. 4. PROVIDE A VENUE FOR COMMUNITY GROUPS AND EVENTS.
