2. TO DISSEMINATE AND MAKE PUBLIC THE RESULTS FINDINGS OR CONCLUSIONS OF THE SAID RESEARCH WHETHER BY WAY OF PUBLICATION IN SCIENTIFIC MEDICAL OR OTHER JOURNALS BY CONFERENCES SEMINARS LECTURES OR COURSES OR OTHERWISE.
