TO IMPROVE THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AND CONDITIONS OF LIFE;
(B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS,
CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS
MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
