THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS INCLUDING THE PROMOTION, SAFEGUARDING AND PRESERVATION OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ACCESSIBLE COUNSELLING SERVICES TO SUPPORT THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING PSYCHOLOGICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THOSE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING THE BREAKDOWN OF A RELATIONSHIP OR MARRIAGE.
