TO PROMOTE GREATER AWARENESS AND THE PERMANENT PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORICAL, ARCHAEOLOGICAL, ARCHITECTURAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL HERITAGE OF THE AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND ESPECIALLY THE INHABITANTS THEREOF.
