Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF: (1) A VILLAGE HALL TO BE USED FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND SUCH OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE; AND (2) A RECREATION GROUND AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY THERETO FOR THE USE OF INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE THE CIVIL PARISH OF LONG MARSTON AND ITS NEIGHBOURING VILLAGES (NAMELY ASKHAM RICHARD, BILBOROUGH, BILTON IN AINSTY, HESSAY, RUFFORTH AND TOCKWITH).
