THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN ENGLAND, SCOTLAND AND WALES WHO ARE AT RISK OF OR HAVE BEEN/ARE AFFECTED BY CANCER AND CHRONIC DISEASES WHICH NEGATIVELY IMPACT QUALITY OF LIFE AND LIFE EXPECTANCY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ACCESS TO SPECIALIST PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROGRAMMES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE FITNESS, HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
