TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY.
