THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN RESIDING IN THE COUNTY OF MERSEYSIDE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AND, MORE PARTICULARLY, TO PROVIDE FOR SUCH CHILDREN A RECREATIONAL OUTING AT LEAST ONCE IN EACH YEAR IN SOUTHPORT OR SUCH OTHER PLACE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH CHILDREN.
