ONE THIRD OF THE YEARLY INCOME TO BE USED AS A PRIZE FOR THE PUPIL WHO HAS ACHIEVED MOST IN WELSH OR STUDIES THROUGH WELSH. THE REMAINDER OF THE INCOME TO BE USED IN THE PURCHASE OF BOOKS FOR THE SCHOOL LIBRARY EACH OF SUCH PURCHASES TO BE INSCRIBED WITH THE WORDING "RHODD NORAH A BRYNIOG HOWELLS" ON THE FRONT COVER.
