TO RELIEVE THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SICKNESS OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ANXIETY BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING TALKING THERAPY AND OTHER SIMILAR AND RELATED SUPPORT MECHANISMS FOR SUCH PERSONS WITHOUT CHARGE OR AT A SUBSIDISED COST. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION OF FREE AND SUBSIDISED COUNSELLING TALKING THERAPY AND OTHER SIMILAR AND RELATED SUPPORT MECHANISMS TO SUCH PERSONS WHO, THROUGH LACK OF MEANS OR SHORTAGE OF AVAILABILITY, WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO OBTAIN SUCH SUPPORT.
