Encourage the educational and cultural aspects of, and link clubs to, national flower arrangement movement. Train, qualify and hold refresher courses for judges, demonstrators and speakers at Area level, keeping appropriate records and making area lists available to all Affiliated clubs. Raise funds by way of affiliation fees, fund-raising events, trading, raffles.
