TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF AND REHABILTIATION OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ANY FORM OF DISEASE OF THE CHEST WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS HEREINAFTER DEFINED AND WHO ARE HAVE BEEN PATIENTS OF THE CONSULTANT PHYSICIANS APPOINTED TO THE HEREFORDSHIRE GROUP OF HOSPITALS.
