Charitable objects
(1) TO ADVANCE THE RELIGION OF ISLAM BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES OF WORSHIP AND ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ‘DOCTRINE’ BEING THE TEACHINGS OF THE QURAN AND THE SUNNAH OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PEACE BE UPON HIM) ACCORDING TO THE INTERPRETATION AND ACCEPTED VIEWS OF AHLE SUNNAH WAL JAMAAH, AS EXPOUNDED BY SCHOLARS, WHO RESPECT ALL THE COMPANIONS OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PEACE BE UPON HIM) WHO FOLLOWS ONE OF THE FOUR RECOGNISED SCHOOL OF ISLAMIC LAW (HANAFI, SHAFEE, MALIKI AND HANBILI); (2) TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, DISTRESS AND SUFFERING AMONG POOR PEOPLE, AND OTHER PEOPLE IN NEED BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, MAKING GRANTS FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, EQUIPMENT, SERVICES AND FACILITIES, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FOOD, CLEAN WATER AND OTHER NECESSITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID PERSONS; (3) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE PROVISION OR THE ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF A SUPPLEMENTARY SCHOOL; (4) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH: (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
