PROVIDING OPTOMETRIST AND OPTICAL SERVICES B. PROVIDING TRAINING, EDUCATION AND COUNSELLING C. SPONSORING PATIENTS FOR SURGICAL INTERVENTION INCLUDING CATARACT SURGERY D. CONDUCTING RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES AND CURE OF BLINDNESS AND SIGHT DEFICIENCIES AND PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULT OF THAT RESEARCH E.
