1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN CHINESE HISTORY, ART, CULTURE AND TRADITIONS. 2) TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS PARTICULARLY AMONGST MEMBERS OF THE CHINESE COMMUNITY IN BRENT. 3) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISIONS OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE INHABITANTS OF BRENT IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
