THE OBJECTS ARE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC: (A) TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF AN EDUCATIONAL FACILITY NEAR CAMBRIDGE, ENGLAND FOCUSED ON HELPING CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND TUTORING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPORT, MUSIC AND LANGUAGES; AND (B) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
