TO SUPPORT OR PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF BURSARIES AND SCHOLARSHIPS AT ROSSALL SCHOOL, FLEETWOOD, LANCASHIRE AND BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO PERSONS LEAVING ROSSALL SCHOOL FOR FULL-TIME EDUCATION AT ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE, SCHOOL OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.
