Activities - how the charity spends its money
We rescue and rehabilitate parrots in need of help or a new home for whatever reason and provide help to the public when they can no longer manage their birds . We provide education and advice to assist the public in keeping their birds and promote good husbandry and humane care and understanding of these birds . We also take in found birds and try to reunite them with their keepers .

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF PARROTS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS THEM, IN PARTICULAR BY: A) PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THEIR RECEPTION, CARE, TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION AND, WHERE APPROPRIATE, MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO REHOME THEM; B) OFFERING ADVICE AND INFORMATION ON RESPONSIBLE OWNERSHIP AND ISSUES CONCERNING THE BEHAVIOUR, HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF PARROTS.
