TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONGST THE INHABITANTS OF THE COUNTY OF HEREFORD AND WORCESTER AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROCURE AND INCREASE THE APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING AMONGS THE INHABITANTS OF THE COUNTY OF HEREFORD AND WORCESTER GENERALLY AND THE DRAMATIC ARTS AND MUSICAL ARTS, THE USUAL ARTS AND THE LITERARY ARTS AND THE PRACTICE OF CRAFTS AND APPRECIATION THEREOF AND TO FORMULATE, PREPARE AND ESTABLISH PUBLIC FESTIVALS AND SCHEMES WITH THESE OBJECTS IN THE COUNTY OF HEREFORD AND WORCESTER.
