Charitable objects
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME, THEIR FAMILIES
AND CARERS, LIVING IN CHESHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BY:
(1) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, INFORMATION, PRACTICAL ADVICE, EDUCATION, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORK EXPERIENCE;
(2) RAISING AWARENESS OF DOWN’S SYNDROME AND PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE SPECIFIC NEEDS AND ABILITIES OF PEOPLE WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME FOR THEIR PARENTS/CARERS AND THE PROFESSIONALS INVOLVED IN THEIR CARE, EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION.
