OBJECTS THE OBJECTS OF CIO ARE THE PRESERVATION OF THE VESSEL MV ROSS REVENGE AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE OF THE VESSEL AND ITS ROLE IN ENGLISH CULTURAL HISTORY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) THE RESTORATION, CONSERVATION AND THE LONG TERM PRESERVATION, DISPLAY AND OPERATION OF THE VESSEL; B) ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING THE VESSEL AS (AMONGST OTHER THINGS) A PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE LEARNING RESOURCE AND ESTABLISHING AN ASSOCIATED MUSEUM; AND D) EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE HISTORY AND PRACTICES OF OFFSHORE POPULAR MUSIC BROADCASTING FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE 1960'S UNTIL THE CURRENT ERA.
