THE AIMS OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE ART OF FLOWER ARRANGING AND RELATED SUBJECTS IN THE NORTH WEST AND TO FURTHER ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES.
