THE RELIEF, CARE AND TREATMENT OF PREMATURE AND SICK NEWBORN BABIES AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE BORN AT H M STANLEY HOSPITAL SPECIAL CARE BABY UNIT, BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SPECIALISED MEDICAL OR SURGICAL EQUIPMENT AND IMPROVED AMENITIES AND FACILITIES.
