TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATIONAL TRAINING AND TO RELIEVE NEED AMONG UNEMPLOYED PERSONS, PARTICULARLY YOUNG UNEMPLOYED PERSONS, RESIDENT IN REDDITCH AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AS A RESULT OF BEING MENTALLY OR PHYSIC ALLY HANDICAPPED OR SOCIALLY DEPRIVED OR DISADVANTAGED.
