THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY WHICH IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IS: 2.1 TO PROMOTE AND IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF CHARITIES AND USE OF RESOURCES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF:- 2.1.1 MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE AND RESOURCING SUPPORT; 2.1.2 FUNDING AND SERVICES CONTRACTS; AND 2.1.3 ASSISTANCE IN THE MEASUREMENT AND REPORTING OF SOCIAL IMPACT. 2.2 TO ADVANCE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND USE OF CHARITABLE RESOURCES FOR SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
