BRINGING TOGETHER POLITICAL THINKERS AND ENTREPRENEURIAL AND CULTURAL THOUGHT LEADERS AND THE PUBLIC TO DISCUSS AND DEBATE PUBLIC POLICY IDEAS IN ENVIRONMENTS THAT ARE CONDUCIVE TO OPEN MINDED, COLLABORATIVE AND CIVIL DIALOGUE, SUCH AS PUBLIC FESTIVALS, SUMMITS AND CITIZENS ASSEMBLIES; AND II.
