THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THOSE WHO ARE RESTRICTED DUE TO LACK OF PERSONAL TRANSPORT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT TO ENABLE THEM TO ACCESS TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL COURSES THEY WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO ACCESS. 2.
