FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE NORTH-WEST OF ENGLAND BY COLLECTING AND DISTRIBUTING HYGIENE ESSENTIALS AND TOILETRIES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED EITHER DIRECTLY OR VIA OTHER CHARITIES OR ORGANISATIONS IN THE NORTH-WEST OF ENGLAND, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (1) ASSISTING THOSE OTHER CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS BY THE PROVISION OF TOILETRIES AND OTHER HYGIENE ESSENTIALS; (2) DONATING TOILETRIES, MAKE-UP AND GROOMING PRODUCTS THAT WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PEOPLE.
