THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PERSONS LIVING IN THE HIMALAYAS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH EDUCATION PARTICULARLY WITH REGARDS TO PREVENTION OF DISEASES, BETTER NUTRITION AND HYGIENE.
