TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF ‘SCARR BANDSTAND’ AND TO ENCOURAGE BOTH A GREATER RECREATIONAL USE BY THE PUBLIC OF THE FACILITIES AVAILABLE AND HIGH STANDARDS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH FACILITIES, PARTICULARLY THOSE CENTRED AROUND THE BANDSTAND.
