THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:
(A) THE RELIEF OF THE INHABITANTS OF WALSHAM-LE-WILLOWS IN NEED BECAUSE OF YOUTH,
AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC
DISADVANTAGE; AND
(B) TO SUPPORT SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF
WALSHAM-LE-WILLOWS AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR
ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
