TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE (WITH PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO THOSE FROM THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF KNOWSLEY)INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CENTRE OR CENTRES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING AND EDUCATING SUCH PERSONS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
