THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF LOW-COST/BELOW MARKET VALUE RESIDENTIAL RENTED LIVING ACCOMMODATION (BEING THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS CONSTITUTION) FOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF GOATHLAND WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE.
