1. TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PROMOTE THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN WALTHAMSTOW AND SURROUNDING AREAS, SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN WALTHAMSTOW AND SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TUITION AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT THAT FURTHERS THEIR SCHOOLING IN NATIONAL CURRICULUM SUBJECTS. 3. TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION IN WALTHAMSTOW AND SURROUNDING AREAS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS, LECTURES, PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS, AND EDUCATING OTHERS ABOUT THE ISLAMIC RELIGION.4. TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN WALTHAMSTOW AND SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE ON MANAGING MONEY AND DEBT AND BY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED
