(I) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG PERSONS AND AGENCIES WHO ARE WORKING IN THE FIELD OF HOMELESSNESS IN PARTICULAR IN THE CASE OF SINGLE HOMELESS, EX-OFFENDERS, PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH, ALCOHOL OR DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS, VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND HOMELESS MEMBERS OF ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS IN THE AREA OF LEEDS AND WEST YORKSHIRE. (II) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY SICKNESS AND OLD AGE AND IN PARTICULAR(BUT WITHOUT IN ANY WAY LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING WORDS) FOR THE RELIEF AND REHABILATATION OF PERSONS WHO ARE SINGLE HOMELESS AND IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES OR WHO ARE IN NEED OF MENTAL CARE OR WHO ARE EX-OFFENDERS OR WHO ARE DEPENDANT ON DRUGS OR ALCOHOL OR WHO ARE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR HOMELESS MEMBERS OF ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS.
