Charitable objects
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE BOUNCING BOOKS FOUNDATION IS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF SCHOOL PUPILS, PROMOTE READING SKILLS AND PROVIDE ACADEMIC SCHOOLBOOKS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT TO DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN IN TANZANIA THROUGH THE PROVIDING OF LIBRARY FACILITIES. THE BENEFITS AND VALUE OF THIS SERVICE TO THE SCHOOLS AND PUPILS IT SERVES ARE: 1. TO INCREASE KNOWLEDGE AND READING/LITERACY ABILITIES OF BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL PUPILS 2. TO IMPROVE ACCESS FOR TEACHERS AND PUPILS TO ACADEMIC BOOKS AND EQUIPMENT 3. TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO SCHOOL/ACADEMIC BOOKS WRITTEN IN BOTH ENGLISH AND LOCAL LANGUAGES 4. TO INCREASE ACCESS TO ENGLISH BOOKS THAT WILL IN TURN, INCREASE ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS 5. TO HELP PREPARE PUPILS FOR OPPORTUNITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCES IN LATER LIFE 6. THE OVERALL ADVANCEMENT OF TEACHER EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES, IMPROVING THEIR ABILITY TO TEACH AND DEVELOP STUDENTS.
