B) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN OLDHAM IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME-TO-TIME THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING FOOD PARCELS TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED.
