1) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN CHEPSTOW, TUTSHILL, BEACHLEY AND SEDBURY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED. 2) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THOROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SUBSIDISED COUNSELLING SERVICE FOR FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE RESIDENT IN MONMOUTHSHIRE AND SUCH OTHER AREAS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
