TO MANAGE THE DEMISED PREMISES FOR THE BENEFIT OF HANDICAPPED ADULTS AND IN PARTICULAR BY OFFERING DAY CARE FOR HANDICAPPED ADULTS AND TO ARRANGE FOR OTHER RELATED USES OF THE CENTRE FOR HANDICAPPED ADULTS IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY DEEMED BY LAW TO CHARITABLE. WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE PRECEEDING PROVISION TO PROVIDE DAY CARE FACILITIES FOR SUCH HANDICAPPED ADULTS WHO ARE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMITTEE IN CONSULTATION WITH THE SAID DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES TO BE CAPABLE OF BENEFITING FROM THE FACILITIES PROVIDED.
