THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN WITH PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES AND/OR LIFE LIMITING ILLNESSES LIVING IN THE BOROUGH OF WIGAN AND LEIGH, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF RESPITE, CARE AND SUPPORT TO PARENTS AND CARERS OF SUCH CHILDREN.
