(A) THE PROVISION OF A BUILDING TO HOLD WORSHIP SERVICES AND EVENTS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
(B) CONTRIBUTING TO A BETTER SOCIETY BY PROMOTING SOCIAL COHESION AND SOCIAL CAPITAL
(C) PROVIDING PASTORAL CARE, CHRISTIAN EDUCATION AND SOCIAL SUPPORT
