THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN THE VILLAGE HALL SPECIFIED IN SUB-CLAUSE (2) OF THIS CLAUSE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT SPECIFIED IN SUB-CLAUSE (3) OF THIS CLAUSE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
