THIS IS DELIVERED THROUGH PROGRESSIVE TRAINING BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES AND VALUES OF SCOUTING AS LAID DOWN BY
LORD BADEN-POWELL AND THE LAW AND PROMISE GIVEN BY HIM IN "SCOUTING FOR BOYS".
