We are developing a 7-day holistic luxury retreat for serving and ex service personnel. Here they will learn multiple ways to enhance their mental health, through a deeper understanding and knowledge of different disciplines they can use in their day to day life. THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND PROMOTION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN, BY ENABLING SERVING PERSONNEL AND VETERANS THAT ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF POOR MENTAL HEALTH:- A) TO ACCESS MENTAL HEALTH FACILITIES AND NON-CLINICAL THERAPY. B) TO INCREASE THE INDIVIDUALÆS AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL HEALTH, ALONG WITH POSITIVE METHODS AND TECHNIQUES THEY CAN USE DAILY TO IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH AND C) ON THEIR BEHALF TO IDENTIFY AND ANALYSE OVERARCHING MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WITHIN THE ARMED FORCES SECTOR THAT ARE NOT BEING ADEQUATELY ADDRESSED AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC INITIATIVES TO RAISE SUCH ISSUES TO A HIGHER LEVEL OF AWARENESS, POLICY ATTENTION, AND SYSTEM CHANGE.
